On June 21, in NOI BAI and BAC GIANG, Vietnam, two AQUA exclusive after-sales service centers (ESC-exclusive service center) held the opening ceremony and launching of mobile service station. The first appearance of the mobile service station in Vietnam has realized the launch of the smart service model.

AQUA logo can be seen anywhere at the new branch. Standardized service process and personnel management have highlighted the advantages of the AQUA service network.

Engineers can take mobile orders and response with top speed through APP. Service speed has increased by more than 40%. It has greatly improved the service experience for end users.

Introduced by the service manager Yuan Li in Vietnam, there will be more than five AQUA service branches coming into operation in Vietnam by the end of this year,and more than half of the local service orders will be taken. With the comprehensive promotion and application of mobile service stations and service APP, the brand service network structure in Vietnam will be further improved. It will continue to lead in Vietnam with the three reputations, namely, user, customer and market.
