On November 7, Haier's ESC (exclusive Service Center) in Malaysia officially opened for operation in Kuala Lumpur. The service center is located next to Haier Experience Center, which will undertake 20% of the work orders in the central region of west Malaysia and provide more Malaysian users with high-standard considerate services.

Mr. Shi Zhiyuan, Managing Director of Haier Malaysia, said "Our core goal is to give users personalized attention, providing them with the best experience." Haier Malaysia is the first home appliance brand in Malaysia to provide 24/7 hotline service." Users can call the service hotline 1800-88-6666 at any time to solve any doubts. Haier provides reliable products and high value-added services." Shi Zhiyuan said.

The whole process of Malaysia Service has been digitized. Service engineers can receive orders, order parts, settle accounts, receive users evaluatiion and close the order online through Haier E-Service App, which ensures the top speed and high quality service. Users can choose the door-to-door Service, drive-thru Service and other personalized service experience in haier's exclusive Service center, or bring their own products to the service center for maintenance.

In the future, Haier Malaysia will continue to increase the number of Exclusive Service Centers, to improve the service network structure, keep earning the good reputation from users, customers and the market.
