Richard Ketley is a field service engineer with 17 years of experience in the UK. In his career, he has provided professional services for tens of thousands of users. “Seeing their smile after I fixed their appliances, I feel very happy myself,” said Richard.

Richard often shares his service experience with his families, during which his happiness also rubs off on his son Ross.
