As the cases of COVID-19 affection have increased outside China, Haier has upgraded the overseas services to ensure the health of global users.
Upgrade Guidance for Safe Working
Haier Overseas Service has coordinated with the service teams in different countries and issued the upgraded Haier Overseas Guidance for Safe Working in fight against COVID-19.
1. Timeliness in response
Once received a request of service from customer, you need to demonstrate timely handling of the case, carefully assessing the actions related to each individual intervention. Reassure the customer that the case will be handled appropriately compatibly with the situation in place area by area
2. Call avoidance to avoid the exit of the technician
Where possible, use all the tools you have such as sending usage manuals, videos, guides to solve the problem in remote avoiding the exit of the technician. This will reduce unnecessary contacts.
3. Full hygiene for in-home service
Wear Protective Clothing and Gloves
Clean the appliance before and after service.
Wash hands thoroughly or apply anti-Bacterial hand gel before and after you enter the customers home
