When Haier Pakistan received user M’s service demand, the Eid al-Adha in Pakistan was just around the corner. While the other local brands all suspended their service as the holiday approached, Haier Pakistan started a relay to meet this user’s need.
To quickly address user M’s need, Mr. Zulfiqar, administrator for spare parts, immediately issued a hot order to the central warehouse. After receiving the order, Mr. Sajid, manager of the central warehouse, intended to ship the spare parts to Mr. Zulfiqar’s outlet as soon as possible. But as the logistics company was on holiday, the package couldn’t be delivered on time. However, Mr. Sajid didn’t give up. Since logistics is not available, it’s better to transport the spare parts by passenger express. Then he contacted the local Daewoo express line and drove to the passenger station to send the spare parts himself. The spare parts arrived on the same day after travelling 500 km from the central warehouse to the outlet. After receiving the spare parts, an service engineer was arranged immediately to provide door-to door service for the user.
User M expressed his gratitude and appreciation for Haier’s efficient and professional service. Behind user’s praise is the efforts of the whole service team did everything and beyong to fulfill user needs.
